J.A Bryden is a singer/songwriter currently based in the Hawkesbury, west of Sydney. He grew up on punk rock and is best known as the frontman of now retired Sydney based punk/ska band ‘Handball Deathmatch.’ Now a solo artist, he plays a combination of originals and acoustic covers of his favourite punk songs, but also a lot of the more well known tunes such as A-ha’s ‘Take on me’ and Matchbox Twenty’s ‘Unwell.’ He endeavours to fill his catalogue with a variety of different songs to have that ‘something for everyone’ approach to his live shows.
